Aves

Three cottages, named for birds, hidden in plain sight.

Aves brings together Falcon, Macaw and Toucan: three single-bedroom cottages tucked into their own pockets of the estate. Each has a wraparound verandah and its own angle on the gardens and farms, positioned so you can spend a whole day without seeing another guest, then walk five minutes to dinner and be among everyone.

They are the quietest stays on the property. Guests who book Aves tend to rebook Aves.

Garden Flock

Three rooms, three songbirds, and the garden right at the door.

Garden Flock is Satori's most private way to stay on the ground: three individual cottages, each named after a songbird, set along the estate's gardens and a five-minute walk from The Nest. A king-size bed, a seating area and an en-suite bathroom are all the room carries; the gardens and the quiet do the rest.

Koyal is the only room in this category with a bathtub — a small distinction guests tend to remember when booking.

Woodhouse — Two-bedroom cottage

Timber-warm, raised, and the most atmospheric address on the estate.

Woodhouse — Two-bedroom cottage is built in the spirit of a machan: raised, timber-framed, and open to the air on the side that faces the lawns and the lake. Two bedrooms sit either side of a shared living space, and a long verandah runs the length of the building.

It is the single best place on the estate to sit through a monsoon afternoon and do absolutely nothing.

Four suites with the lake on the balcony and room enough to stay together.

The Junior Suites sit near the garden edge of the estate, each with a private balcony that opens directly onto Mulshi Lake. Two queen-size beds share a generous room with an en-suite bathroom and a small pantry, so a family or a group of four settles in without splitting across the property.

The lake is the constant here — present from the balcony at first light, still there when the evening quiets down.

Perch I is Satori's four-bedroom residence, set high on the estate with an expansive, uninterrupted view over Mulshi Lake and the ranges beyond. A full living room, a kitchenette and wide outdoor terraces sit between the bedrooms, so a group can stay together as one household rather than scatter across the estate.

It is the natural choice for families and groups of friends who want to cook a little, sit together a lot, and wake up to the lake.

Each en-suite bedroom opens into a setting made for unhurried days, while the indoor and outdoor living spaces give four guests room to gather, retreat and take in the water from morning light to sunset.
